Avoid foods with empty calories, which means there is little or no nutrient value in the calories you are eating and also why would you consume a 500-calorie plus meal that is loaded with fat and sugar which does nothing but make you feel sluggish and soft? Instead, eat a high caloric meal loaded with slow releasing carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and fiber.

Motivation: What you can do is, Exercise and complete your recommended diet but if you don’t ingest adequate calories and nutrients, you won’t build muscle. Don't get disheartened but improve your digestion and "it will take time to gain but IT WILL HAPPEN."

Have Some Great Foods to Gain Weight:

Rest(Most Important Of All):

Give your body enough time to recover, and come back for better and fresh next day.Sleep is important because it affects our mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Also, as bodybuilders and fitness enthusiasts know, during your sleep is one of the times that your body produces the most growth hormone, therefore the more sleep you get the faster your muscles will heal and recover from exercise.                           

So if you are skinny it's not a problem but if you want to gain some weight and muscles  so you will have to work a little hard and always be around the food, high calorie food and slowly slowly things will start coming into your favor, and you will gain smartly.
